Trampolines for Exercise

Trampolines have always been a fun playground toy for kids and adults alike, but did you know that there is something else that you can share besides fun times. Trampolines are a great source of exercise and can have health benefits for children and adults alike.

When you jump on a trampoline you are using all of your muscle groups as well as using balance and control. Jumping up and down will get your heart rate up and you can introduce movements with your arms and legs to promote stretching and toning. So when your kids start begging you to go on their trampolines remember to say yes as they will be getting an overall cardiovascular workout, and you can always join in the fun too!
